Özel Antalya Koleji Okulları Konyaaltı Kampüsü Ortaokulu, uluslararası çalışmalarına bir yenisini ekledi.
Cambridge Matematik Öğretmeni İlknur Turaç rehberliğinde, Romanya ile ortak yürütülen “Tracing Mathematics: AI-Supported Digital Discovery Museum” adlı eTwinning projesi, Ulusal Kalite Etiketinin ardından Avrupa Kalite Etiketi Ödülüne de layık görüldü. Bu ödül, projenin Avrupa çapında yüksek standartları karşıladığını ve öğrencilerin ortaya koyduğu çalışmanın uluslararası düzeyde takdir edildiğini gösteriyor.
Öğrenciler proje sürecinde matematik tarihini, farklı kültürlerdeki matematiksel gelişmeleri ve önemli matematikçileri yapay zekâ destekli dijital araçlarla araştırdı. Uluslararası ekiplerle birlikte çok dilli içerikler oluşturarak Google sitesi üzerinden dijital bir müze hazırladı.
Okulda düzenlenen törende, proje kurucu öğretmeni ve projede görev alan öğrencilere Avrupa Kalite Etiketi Sertifikaları okul yönetimi tarafından takdim edildi. Törende, öğrencilerin düzenli ve sorumluluk sahibi çalışmaları için teşekkür edilirken Avrupa Kalite Etiketinin, eTwinning projelerinde pedagojik, iş birliği temelli ve teknolojik açıdan yüksek kaliteyi temsil ettiği belirtildi.

Proud Moment: European Quality Label Awarded
Antalya College Konyaaltı Campus Middle School has added another milestone to its international achievements.
The eTwinning project “Tracing Mathematics: AI-Supported Digital Discovery Museum,” conducted in partnership with Romania under the guidance of Cambridge Mathematics Teacher İlknur Turaç, has been awarded the European Quality Label following its National Quality Label recognition. This award signifies that the project meets high European standards and that the students’ work has been acknowledged at an international level.
Throughout the project, students researched the history of mathematics, mathematical developments across different cultures, and notable mathematicians using AI-supported digital tools. Working collaboratively with international teams, they created multilingual content and prepared a digital museum via Google Sites.
During a ceremony held at school, the European Quality Label Certificates were presented to the project’s founding teacher and participating students by the school administration. At the event, students were thanked for their dedication and responsibility throughout the process, and it was emphasized that the European Quality Label represents pedagogical excellence, collaboration, and technological innovation within eTwinning projects.
