Özel Antalya Koleji Okulları Konyaaltı Kampüsü ortaokul 6. sınıf öğrencileri, Cambridge Science dersi kapsamında, “Composting Organic Waste” deneyini başarıyla gerçekleştirdi.
Bu uygulamalı etkinlik sayesinde öğrenciler; organik atıkların doğada nasıl ayrıştığını ve yeniden doğal döngüye nasıl kazandırıldığını gözlemleme fırsatı buldu. Deney sürecinde öğrenciler, geri dönüşümün önemi, çevre bilinci ve sürdürülebilir yaşam konularında farkındalık kazanarak bilimsel süreç becerilerini geliştirdi.
Hem eğlenceli hem de öğretici geçen bu etkinlik, öğrencilerin çevreye duyarlı bireyler olarak yetişmelerine katkı sağladı.

“Composting Organic Waste” Experiment
6th grade middle school students at Antalya College Konyaaltı Campus successfully conducted the “Composting Organic Waste” experiment as part of their Cambridge Science lesson.
Through this hands-on activity, students had the opportunity to observe how organic waste decomposes in nature and how it is reintegrated into the natural cycle. During the experiment, they developed scientific process skills while gaining awareness of the importance of recycling, environmental responsibility, and sustainable living.
Both enjoyable and educational, the activity contributed to nurturing environmentally conscious individuals.
