Özel Antalya Koleji Okulları Konyaaltı Kampüsü ortaokul 6. sınıf öğrencileri, fen bilimleri dersinde “Işık” konusu kapsamında çeşitli deneyler gerçekleştirdi.
Ders boyunca öğrenciler; ışığın doğrusal yayılması, düzgün ve dağınık yansıma ile ışığın farklı ortamlardaki kırılma davranışlarını deneylerle gözlemledi. Hazırlanan düzenekler sayesinde öğrenciler, ışığın aynalar ve saydam maddelerle etkileşimini birebir inceleme fırsatı buldu.
Yapılan uygulamalı çalışmalar, öğrencilerin konuyu kalıcı öğrenmelerine katkı sağlarken bilimsel süreç becerilerinin gelişmesini de destekledi. Deneyler sırasında öğrenciler tahminlerde bulunarak gözlem yaptı, sonuçları karşılaştırdı ve çıkarımlar elde etti. Bu sayede fen bilimleri dersi, öğrenciler için daha eğlenceli ve öğretici bir öğrenme ortamına dönüştü.

Experiments on “Light” in Science Class
Sixth-grade middle school students at Antalya College Konyaaltı Campus carried out a series of experiments on the topic of “Light” as part of their science lessons.
Throughout the lesson, students explored the rectilinear propagation of light, regular and diffuse reflection, and the refraction of light in different media through hands-on experiments. Using specially prepared setups, they had the opportunity to closely observe how light interacts with mirrors and transparent materials.
These practical activities supported long-term learning while also fostering the development of students’ scientific process skills. During the experiments, students made predictions, conducted observations, compared results, and drew conclusions. As a result, the science lesson turned into a more engaging and meaningful learning experience for students.
