Özel Antalya Koleji Okulları Konyaaltı Kampüsü ortaokul 5. sınıf öğrencileri, fen bilimleri dersinde işledikleri “Işık ve Gölge” ünitesini eğlenceli ve öğretici bir etkinlikle pekiştirdi.
Öğrenciler, geleneksel Türk tiyatrosunun sevilen karakterleri Hacivat ve Karagöz’ün yer aldığı gölge oyunu gösterisini hazırlayarak 4. sınıf öğrencilerine sundu.
Etkinlik kapsamında ortaokul 5. sınıf öğrencileri, ışık kaynağı, saydam–yarı saydam–opak maddeler ve gölge oluşumu konularını uygulamalı olarak gösterdi. Kendi hazırladıkları kuklalar ve sahne düzeniyle ışığın doğrusal yayılması ve gölge boyunun değişimi gibi kavramları somutlaştıran öğrenciler, hem öğrenmenin kalıcılığını artırdı hem de küçük sınıflara keyifli bir deneyim yaşattı.
Gösteriyi izleyen 4. sınıf öğrencileri, hem geleneksel kültürümüzü tanıma fırsatı buldu hem de fen bilimleri konularını eğlenerek öğrenmenin mutluluğunu yaşadı.

Shadow Play Performance
Students of Antalya College Konyaaltı Campus middle school Grade 5 reinforced the “Light and Shadow” unit from their Science lessons through an engaging and educational activity.
As part of the activity, students prepared a shadow play performance featuring the beloved characters of traditional Turkish theatre, Hacivat and Karagöz, and presented it to Grade 4 students.
During the performance, Grade 5 students demonstrated concepts such as light sources, transparent, translucent, and opaque materials, and the formation of shadows through hands-on applications. Using the puppets and stage setups they designed, students illustrated scientific concepts such as the linear propagation of light and changes in shadow size, making learning more concrete and memorable while offering an enjoyable experience for younger students.
Grade 4 students who attended the performance had the opportunity to explore elements of traditional culture while experiencing the joy of learning science concepts in an interactive and enjoyable way.
